Bottling Plant Production Expansion, Ayrshire.
Project Overview
Dynamo Engineering are pleased to announce the completion of a bottling production expansion with the installation of the 2No. 25m^3 Stainless Steel Fortification Vessels, 3No. 30m^3 Stainless Steel Storage Vessels along with associated mechanical pipework, electrical installation and controls for a bottling plant in Ayrshire.
Dynamo Engineering secured the contract to design, project manage, and undertake the mechanical and electrical installation of the proposed bottling production expansion within the site.
All process pipework, CIP lines, vent lines and drains were fabrciated onsite using 304 grd stainless steel. Pneumaticlaly Operated Valves were used throughout, to allow these to be linked to the PLC ensuring the full system could be monitored and controlled from the main production control room.

Project Description
Dynamo Engineering responsibilities were to engineer, design, manufacture and upgrade all plant and equipment associated with the new system including supervising the commission and the overseeing of the electrical control panels, and PLC Control System, to ensure the plant operates as per the clients request. Access platforms were manufactured and installed in additional to a bund wall to ensure 110% volume capacity of the largest vessel.
