Eirich Mixer Install, Chesterfield
Project Overview
Dynamo Engineering are pleased to announce the successful completion of the new R24 Eirich Mixer installation works for a ceramic powder processing plant in Chesterfield.

The project involved the removal and replacement of the Eirich Mixer system, with a capital expense of over £300k. The benefit of the new system was to increase production capacity. A new loading conveyor and skip hoist system was installed to replace the Tote Bin winch system. This system allowed for safer transferring of the product to the new Eirich Mixer. Integrated within the mixer and loading system is a dust extraction system, further enhancing the working environment.
Project Description
Dynamo Engineering assisted site engineers throughout Phase 2 of the installation, providing support during the planning stage through to the integration of the new system. Using our wealth of experience and utilising our dedicated team of engineers this project was completed within the required time frame and without any incidents. Dynamo Engineering are pleased with the client’s positive feedback and look forward to working together on future projects.
