Dynamo Engineering Ltd were contracted to support TodaySure Matthews on the Installation of a dual line incineration plant to safely dispose of the animal waste produced during the annual Hajj pilgrimage in Mecca, Saudi Arabia

On completion of a blood water treatment plant, Dynamo Engineering were approached by TodaySure Matthews to assist in the project management of a dual line 5000kg/hr. Incineration and abatement system for the incineration of sheep and camel carcasses.
Timescale: 12 week
Dynamo were responsible for the co-ordination of the installation of TSM remaining equipment, ensuring all the installation plant required was available and capable for the tasks necessary. Dynamo were aslo responsible for identifying the skill set required with TSM, thereafter sourcing and managing the in country labour
Project Description
The Equipment installed inculded;
2 x 2500kg/hr. Rotary inclined primary combustion chambers
2 x 6900kw 110/140 deg C. 6/8 bar WHRB boilers
2 x Secondry Combustion chambers
2 x Blast cooling systems
2 x Gas abatement systems
2 X Ash removal conveyors
